Total Member View


Total Member View is a read-only dashboard that simplifies administration by coordinating access to member-centric patient information, allowing providers who are part of a patient’s care and service team to easily access the patient’s record through a self-service website. Providers can access clinical and case management data about a particular member’s record through the Total Member View tool.

To use Total Member View:

Finding Total Member View on Availity Essentials:


  1. From the Availity Essentials homepage, select Payer Spaces from the top navigation.
  2. Select the health plan.
  3. From the Payer Spaces home page, select the Applications tab.
  4. Select the Total Member View application.
